Giorgia Meloni, the prime minister of Italy, met with French President Emmanuel Macron to strengthen ties and build on a recent reconciliation with US President Donald Trump. For her first bilateral meeting with Macron, one of the most well-known right-wing politicians in Europe traveled to the French Riviera resort of Antibes.
