AJMAN: The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture, and Media announced the introduction of a comprehensive package of incentives intended to support tourism activities, draw investments, and boost the competitiveness of the tourism sector in the Emirate, as directed by Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council.

These incentives are part of the Crown Prince of Ajman’s plan to improve the tourism industry’s business climate and bolster its resilience and sustainability in the face of several obstacles. In order to support tourism businesses in the Emirate, improve their operational efficiency, and boost their competitiveness, the package offers a variety of tailored exemptions and incentives covering important aspects of operations, licensing, and marketing.

The package includes a number of benefits and measures, including exemptions from late payment penalties upon license renewal during the same period, a six-month deferral of tourism fee payments for all tourism establishments starting on March 1, 2026, and exemptions from event permit and licence renewal fees.

Additionally, until the end of 2026, museum visitors will not be required to pay admission fees; tourism establishments will not be required to pay participation fees for exhibitions and promotional workshops that the Department organizes or participates in; and a flexible payment plan that permits interest-free installment payments will be implemented.
