Health officials reported that an Israeli bombing in Gaza City on Tuesday killed a father, his wife, and their four children while igniting their home. According to medical professionals, Firas Al-Masri, his wife Salsabeel, their three daughters, and their son were all killed in the Israeli attack on the family home in the Sabra neighborhood. The Israeli military acknowledged the attack, stating that Hamas was the target and that it was still investigating the outcome.
The Israeli military claimed to have killed three Hamas and Islamic Jihad members in separate attacks since Friday. Two of these fighters had participated in the October 7, 2023 onslaught on Israel and had held Israeli hostages taken during the assault.
