For the first nine months of 2026, PureHealth Holding PJSC reported a 14.1% year-over-year increase in net profit to Dhs1.8 billion, while revenues rose 11.5% year-over-year to Dhs22.4 billion. Due to improved operational efficiency and a larger contribution from higher-margin overseas activities, Group EBITDA grew 20.4% year over year to Dhs4.2 billion during the period. The margin also expanded to 18.6% from 17.3% in the previous year. Along with 5.3% year-over-year revenue growth at Circle Health Group in the UK and an 11.7% year-over-year increase in insurance revenue, the consolidation of Hellenic Healthcare Group (HHG) in Greece and Cyprus contributed Dhs2.3 billion in revenue.
The consolidation of HHG and favourable underlying performance throughout the international portfolio contributed to the 53% year-over-year growth in international healthcare revenue to Dhs7.3 billion. EBITDA increased 63% year over year to Dhs1.6 billion, and the EBITDA margin increased from 20.8% to 22.3%. In the first nine months of 2026, Circle Health Group in the UK reported revenue growth of 5.3% year over year, bolstered by a shift toward higher-acuity inpatient activity. Outpatient activity was the main driver of HHG’s 6% growth in patient volumes. Following the first quarter, patient activity increased, with outpatient volumes jumping 9% and inpatient volumes reaching 13% year over year throughout the first nine months of 2026. Bed occupancy rose to 76%, indicating better use of the Group’s increased healthcare capacity, while operational bed capacity increased to 3,543 beds from 3,433 in the previous year.
