The Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), on behalf of Sharjah, is getting ready for a unique presence at the Arabian Travel Market 2026, which will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from September 14–17. The emirate will unite over thirty public and private organisations through “Sharjah Pavilion-Visit Sharjah,” an integrated participation that showcases the most recent advancements, projects, initiatives, and tourist experiences within Sharjah’s tourism industry. The pavilion is a reflection of the collaborations and coordinated efforts that are fostering the growth of Sharjah’s tourism industry.
Through a variety of experiences that blend authenticity, innovation, and sustainability, Sharjah hopes to further solidify its position as a top regional and international travel destination while showcasing its most recent tourism, cultural, and development initiatives. To debate the changes influencing travel and tourism in the future, Arabian Travel Market brings together top experts, thought leaders, decision-makers, and representatives from the travel, hospitality, aviation, and technology industries from all over the world.
In keeping with this year’s theme, “Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology,” the event offers a crucial forum for sharing knowledge and investigating future-focused solutions and practices that support the expansion of sustainable tourism, improve sector efficiency and infrastructure, and improve visitor and traveller experiences. “Sharjah’s participation in Arabian Travel Market 2026 represents a strategic platform that reflects the integration of efforts between public and private entities,” stated Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority.
