The Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah, His Highness Dr. Sheik Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has authorized 470 scholarships for international students to attend Al Qasimia University in 2026–2027. His Highness’s belief in investing in people and advancing research and knowledge is reflected in the approval. It demonstrates an extension of strengthening Sharjah’s standing as a worldwide hub for education, culture, and intercultural communication. The program makes it possible for students from all over the world to study in an integrated academic setting that blends a top-notch education with tolerant Islamic beliefs and cultural openness.
The university continues to expand internationally. A multicultural community has students from 140 different countries. Values like coexistence, tolerance, and moderation are encouraged in this setting. It respects cultural and civilizational diversity while enabling students to engage and exchange information and experiences. Students accepted into the university’s five undergraduate programs—the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Economics and Management, the College of Communication, and the College of Holy Quran—are eligible for the scholarships.
