One of the three chambers that make up Dubai Chambers, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce (DCC), has successfully arranged 252 bilateral business meetings between Angolan and Dubai enterprises in Luanda, the capital city.

The discussions were held at the chamber’s first stop on its trade trip to Angola and Mozambique as part of the “New Horizons” project, which seeks to facilitate the worldwide expansion of Dubai-based businesses by opening doors in promising foreign markets.

Representatives from 20 private sector companies based in Dubai participated in the trade mission to Angola. These companies operate across various industries, including manufacturing, metallurgical industries, supply chain and logistics, real estate, electronics, energy and petrochemicals, engineering, FMCG trading, food and beverages, information technology, and agriculture.

With assistance from the UAE Embassy in Luanda, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Angola, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola (CCIA), the Agency of Investment and Export Promotion (AIPEX), and the Consulate General of the Republic of Angola in Dubai, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce organised a business forum in Luanda called “Doing Business with Angola” as part of the mission’s activities.

In support of our common development objectives and interests, we are still dedicated to establishing trade and investment cooperation bridges between Dubai and nations worldwide, said Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers.
