Musk became a strong political supporter of Trump and is now a major player in determining the policy agenda of the upcoming Republican administration thanks to the enormous donations, which made him one of the largest underwriters of a presidential campaign in US history.

Musk donated $239 million to America PAC, a super PAC he established to support Trump’s campaign.

According to the FEC reports, Musk donated an extra $20 million to RBG PAC in late October. This organization aimed to persuade voters that Trump would not enact a national abortion ban.
