When the two appeared on the well-known chat program “Koffee With Karan,” Kiara disclosed that Shahid kept her waiting for eight hours on the “Kabir Singh” set as he talked about the shoes he would be wearing in the next scene. Shahid received a head slap from an irate Kiara. “It was my third or fourth day of shooting, and I was made to wait for eight hours because there was discussion of what shoes Shahid would wear in the next scene,” Kiara disclosed during the episode’s Bingo segment.
“If I were made to wait for eight hours for a discussion on shoes, I would do the same,” host Karan Johar said, endorsing Kiara’s behaviour. Regarding “Kabir Singh,” Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the director of this 2019 romantic comedy. Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde of Cine1 Studios and Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series Films have endorsed the idea. It should be mentioned that “Kabir Singh” is a remake of Vanga’s original Telugu movie, “Arjun Reddy,” which starred Vijay Deverakonda.
Regarding Kiara’s private life, she and her husband Sidharth Malhotra will soon have their second kid. In a sweet social media message on October 7, Kiara and Sidharth revealed their second pregnancy. With the comment, “Blessed once again with the greatest gift of all… Our hearts are so full of love and gratitude,” the couple shared a sweet photo of their infant daughter Saraayah giving her parents a pair of ivory handmade booties. According to reports, Sidharth and Kiara fell in love while filming “Shershaah” and were married in a lavish, traditional Rajasthani ceremony in February 2023. In June 2025, they had their first child, a girl. Before having their second child, Kiara and Sidharth enjoyed a family vacation with their one-year-old daughter Saraayah. A few days after revealing their second pregnancy on social media, Kiara shared some photos of their time spent as a family with online users. The actress from “Toxic” posed for a selfie in the post’s main image. Wearing yellow swimsuit, she stood in the center of a pool.
