Within nine months at the conclusion of each person’s tax period, the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has urged taxable persons to file their tax returns and pay the corporate tax. According to the FTA, all taxable persons whose fiscal year ends on December 31, 2025, including those who qualify for Small Business Relief, must file their tax returns and pay the corporate tax by September 30, 2026. According to the authority, Exempt Persons must register and submit their annual declarations to the FTA within nine months of the end of their fiscal year. All parties involved are urged to get ready early and make sure the required paperwork is ready in order to fulfilll their responsibilities effectively and within the legally mandated deadlines.
The authority verified that the EmaraTax digital tax services platform offers round-the-clock registration, tax return filing, and corporate tax payment. Taxable individuals can use the platform to file their tax returns directly or contact the authorised tax agents listed on the FTA’s website for assistance. Every Tax Period, Taxable Persons who qualify for Small Business Relief must fulfilll their Corporate Tax Law compliance duties. These responsibilities include registering for corporate tax, completing simplified tax returns, and keeping all pertinent records attesting to the veracity of the data included in their tax returns or any other documents that must be filed.
