A distinguished group of experts and specialists in smart mobility and digital transformation participated in a specialized training course called “Digital Transformation in the Taxi Transport Sector” that Sharjah Taxi organized in partnership with the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) at its headquarters in Sharjah.
The course was offered as part of Sharjah Taxi’s dedication to improving institutional knowledge, cultivating professional competences, and staying up to date with the most recent international trends in the smart mobility industry. This enhances the quality of services offered to clients and advances the cab transportation system.
The managing director of Sharjah Taxi, Khalid Al Kindi, emphasized that the transportation industry, which is experiencing rapid advancements and rising customer demand for intelligent, secure, and effective services, has made digital transformation a strategic imperative.
