For this year’s Hajj package, the Authority has started to match applicants who meet the necessary requirements and select and approve preliminary applications. The Hajj and Umrah system will be chosen in compliance with Cabinet Resolution of 2018. The Saudi officials in charge of Hajj activities have established a quota of 6,228 pilgrims from the United Arab Emirates for the forthcoming Hajj season.
The General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat said that before the registration period concluded on October 9, 2025, almost 72,000 people signed up for the Hajj package for the forthcoming 1447 AH/2026 AD season through the Authority’s website and innovative application. These people all want to make the mandatory Hajj.
To ensure Hajj permits are provided within the authorised timeframes, those who receive the permission notification are asked to complete the required procedures by the deadlines.
Well in advance of the season, the Authority has reiterated its commitment to facilitating and finishing all activities pertaining to the nation’s pilgrims. This offers a convenient window of opportunity for pilgrims and service providers to discuss requirements that meet the high standards outlined in the signed agreements and offer their opinions and suggestions.
