We got a chance to interview Dr. Soloman K and capture the true essence of Ascentia Services LLC in words. Dr. Soloman is the Chief Strategy and Business Officer. He is a passionate businessman dedicated towards his role. This interview helped us get to know the professional experiences of Dr. Soloman K and more about Ascentia.

“What’s the idea behind Your Company?” We asked Soloman to get a deeper understanding of Ascentia.

“‘Bringing Success to your Business’ was the idea of Ascentia Services LLC, a UAE headquartered provider of unified customer happiness, customer experience with contact center services, and customer journey through digitization and technology advancements. We make the processes simpler and revenue generation oriented with our conventional tools.” says Dr. Soloman K.

Upon hearing this, we asked Dr. Soloman, “How did you begin your career journey?” 

“I can describe my career journey in 3 words: upward, learning, and evolving. I wanted to be on the front line of the business cycle, meeting and servicing our customers. I believe that it’s important to learn and invest in a workplace where I will always be able to grow in so many different directions. Hence, started handling a team and grew upwards with expansion from the state level to national & international levels evolving as a High Caliber Performance-driven professional with over 23 years of rich & extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Business Operations, CX Transformation, Change Management & distribution in international market handling multiple locations globally.” He says.

In addition, when we asked him to share his advice with beginners, he replied, “Perseverance, dedication & having faith in whatever you do with complete honesty and trust in the Almighty will lead you to your ultimate goal of becoming successful.”

“What’s the goal of your company?” We asked.

Soloman answered, “Ascentians always try to challenge conventions, create experiences beyond expectation, and deliver outcomes unimagined for our clients, their customers, and staff. After hearing about the goals, we also wanted to know Dr. Soloman’s views on team success. So, we asked him, “What makes the team successful, in your opinion?”

He said, “I grew myself handling different spans of control across multiple locations with diversity. Essential measures of success are Team leaders, project managers, business owners, and clients all value a team’s ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget. Companies understand the benefit of grouping employees into teams to achieve more by using their unique skills and areas of expertise to collaborate. Teamwork is essential for any workplace, regardless of your role within a company. Understanding what makes the team successful can help you become a more effective team player and contribute to your team’s success. Finally, psychological safety, dependability, structure and clarity, the meaning of work & impact of work make the team successful in my opinion.”

How important are employees’ energy levels to the success of your company?

Dr. Soloman says, “Energy is powerful enough to create your company’s success. Everything you involve yourself in is a result of the energy you contribute. The reality is you do have the power to choose how you exert your own energy, but you do not always have the ability to prevent encountering others’ negative energy. Sometimes it is easy to see how others affect you, but most often, you may not even realize the effect others are having on you. As a leader, your energy can determine the success of a meeting, a workday, or even your overall company. 

Motivation plays a huge role in production and, in the long run, a company’s success. When your employees are motivated, they become more creative and energized to work and give their best to their jobs. Empower them as you also provide opportunities for growth and development, be there for them, and with them energize employees to the success of your company.” 

Further, we asked him, “How do you plan to motivate your team to go the extra mile?”

He said, “Motivation is an intrinsic part (changing oneself from within) as opposed to an extrinsic part (external rewards) of team building and a challenge for most every team leader. In Ascentia, we help motivate and inspire our team to go the extra mile with:
