To cultivate the next generation of Emirati leaders who will propel innovation in financial institutions in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, and around the world, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has started the Dubai Financial Experts Program.
The program is being offered to graduate Emirati leaders in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD). The initiative aims to strengthen Emiratis’ leadership talents and entrepreneurial mindsets while also improving their knowledge, skills, and competencies in the financial services industry.
The First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and President of DIFC, Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, emphasised that Dubai upholds the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, by empowering and educating its creative Emirati talent and giving them access to the best education and experience.
As Sheikh Maktoum emphasised, the program supports the objective of launching specialised programs that teach national leaders capable of realising the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and solidifying the UAE’s status as a worldwide economic powerhouse.
