The “Dubai-it” initiative was founded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is also the Ruler of Dubai and the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. The goal of this program is to communicate Dubai’s work philosophy to future generations.
The statement was made by Sheikh Mohammed through the “X” platform. He stated that Dubai’s work ethic is built on obtaining outstanding achievements in record speed while maintaining mastery and quality. As the saying goes, “speed does not mean haste,” and “quality does not mean slowness.” And without the ability to carry it out, aspiration is nothing.
As Sheikh Mohammed said, “Dubai is synonymous with speedy accomplishment, masterful and distinguished execution, and results that are visible to the entire world in a record amount of time.”
He continued: “We launched ‘Dubai-it’ to convey Dubai’s philosophy of work to future generations, and to instill it as a work culture in our institutions and companies and to build the next leaps with it”. Providing more clarification, Sheikh Mohammed stated, “Our tagline is always ‘we say what we do and we do what we say.
