The Sharjah Training and Development Centre (STDC), which is the representative of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), successfully wrapped up its official tour to the Kingdom of Spain.
The tour sought to expand opportunities for collaboration and fortify academic and training collaborations to empower national talent and improve leadership and management skills. Another goal of the effort was to promote expertise and information exchange with prestigious academic and scientific institutes in Spain.
The Chamber’s team included Amal Abdullah Al Ali, Director of STDCl, senior officials, and representatives from both organisations, under the direction of Maryam Saif Al Shamsi, Assistant Director-General for the Support Services Sector at SCCI. At the end of the visit, a strategic partnership agreement with the University of Navarra, one of Europe’s top universities for academic research, management, and communication, was signed.
By facilitating expert and academic exchange trips, developing collaborative academic and training programs, and supporting international certification of STDCl’s offerings, the partnership seeks to improve program quality and align it with worldwide trends in leadership development.
