According to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation’s Real Estate Report, Ajman’s real estate transactions reached Dhs2.28 billion in December 2024, a record gain of 102% over the same time in 2023.

The Department’s Director-General, Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, reported that 935 property trades totalling more than Dhs1.86 billion were among the 1,169 real estate transactions that took place in December 2024. At Dhs300 million, he pointed out that Al Jurf 1 had the biggest real estate sale. Al Muhairi emphasized that Ajman’s real estate market is expanding at an unprecedented rate, setting records that demonstrate the calibre of the industry, the range of investment options available, and its allure for investors from different sectors.

The emirate is desirable for business and investment due to its distinct characteristics and intense competition.

In December 2024, 148 mortgage transactions totalling more than Dhs252.8 million were disclosed in the report. The Al Jurf Industrial 3 area had the highest mortgage value, Dhs11.2 million.
