Just 30 days after its formal launch, Zoya Developments has started building Calisi, its most recent AED 80 million residential project in Dubai South. The milestone demonstrates the company’s commitment to upholding effective development schedules and moving projects quickly from sales and planning to on-site execution. Additionally, it signifies an increase in Zoya Developments’ footprint in Dubai South, a neighborhood that has been steadily growing due to continuous infrastructural development, the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport, and improved access to important commercial centers throughout the emirate. Dubai South is drawing end users and investors looking for long-term growth prospects in a developing community as the demand for residential real estate in the region keeps rising. In light of this, Calisi enhances Zoya Developments’ standing in one of Dubai’s most promising residential and commercial areas.
Calisi is slated to be finished in the third quarter of 2027 and will have completely furnished two-bedroom units with starting pricing of AED 686k. A swimming pool, a fully furnished gym, indoor parking, controlled entry, and security systems are among the amenities. The project is a component of Zoya Developments’ plan to build modern residential communities with a focus on long-term value and high-quality construction in well-connected locations of Dubai.
