According to the Al Khaleej newspaper’s online recruiting page, the Emirates Group has published over 100 job openings in a variety of operational, administrative, and engineering fields. This project is a component of the Group’s plan to improve its logistics services worldwide and grow its fleet network. With a focus on Emiratization initiatives meant to recruit UAE nationals, the job openings are intended to draw in both seasoned workers and recent hires. The opportunities, which include pilot, cabin crew, and cabin service assistant positions thru Emirates Aviation Services and Dnata, provide training and qualification programs for future Emirati pilots.

Important specializations in fields including information technology, engineering and maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources, and customer service are also available. The Group ensures that its successful candidates receive an alluring offer by offering a comprehensive benefits package customized to job grade and specialization. The yearly compensation package for pilots is around Dhs1.185 million (USD 320,000), which includes an estimated Dhs48,000 per month based on 85 flight hours and an annual cash income of Dhs575,000. Along with fully furnished accommodations, up to three children are eligible for an annual education stipend of up to Dhs52,250 for elementary education and Dhs79,750 for secondary education.
