
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi formally invited Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, to come to the nation in April of this year. India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, made the invitation at a meeting with Sheikh Hamdan on Wednesday.
Sheikh Hamdan welcomed Jaishankar and his delegation and underlined the close relations that have existed between the UAE and India for a long time. These links encompass the domains of economics, culture, society, and development.
Under the direction of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan further emphasised the ongoing improvement of UAE-Indian ties. With an emphasis on areas vital to the two nations’ future goals, the summit examined methods for both parties to further their multifaceted bilateral collaboration.
The conversations highlighted how crucial it is to fortify economic connections by utilising the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) to improve investment opportunities and trade flows.
