When asked about his inspiration for joining PRYPCO, Tanmay highlighted two key factors: the opportunity to work under the visionary leadership of Founder and CEO Amira Sajwani, and the company’s groundbreaking innovation in real estate. Having spent more than a decade with developers like Damac, Emaar, and Tata Housing, he was drawn to PRYPCO’s mission of breaking traditional barriers—from enabling global investments in Dubai real estate starting at just AED 2,000 to becoming MENA’s first property tokenization platform. What has surprised him most is the rapid adoption of these innovations and how quickly they’re reshaping perceptions about real estate investment.

Advice to Younger Self

To learn more about Tanmay Sahani’s journey over the years and his perspective on dealing with complex situations, we asked him to share his approach to solving problems that don’t have clear solutions.

“My problem-solving approach blends structured analysis with adaptive execution—researching global alternatives, then breaking challenges into iterative steps to test, learn, and refine. I’ve discovered that complex problems reveal themselves only through direct engagement, not theory alone.

If my younger self could see my email signature today, he’d understand this evolution. It features Kipling’s words: ‘If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two impostors just the same.’ This perfectly captures what I’ve learned—both success and failure are temporary teachers in disguise. Success can breed complacency; failure sparks innovation. By treating both as equal learning opportunities, I maintain the balance and adaptability essential for navigating uncertainty.” He replied.

Turning Out-of-the-Box Ideas into Success

We further asked, “What’s the most unconventional idea you’ve implemented, and how did it turn out?”

“PRYPCO thrives on redefining industry norms. My own journey in challenging conventions began way back in 2013 when I was part of a team that shattered expectations by selling 315 apartments entirely online—a feat the industry deemed impossible at the time. Now at PRYPCO, I’m applying that same pioneering spirit to even bolder innovations: democratizing Dubai real estate investment through a mobile app with just AED 2,000, pioneering property tokenization on blockchain, and revolutionizing the mortgage journey across the UAE.

These aren’t incremental improvements; they’re industry firsts that fundamentally reshape how people interact with real estate. Marketing such transformative innovations demands a sophisticated approach that educates and informs while inspiring action—turning complexity into clarity and skepticism into confidence,” explained Tanmay Sahani.
