We encountered issues with temperature and humidity levels, which significantly impacted the fermentation process and the quality of our bread. However, rather than giving up, we saw this as an opportunity to innovate and adapt our techniques. We experimented with different fermentation times, hydration levels, and flour blends to find the right balance for our unique environment. Through perseverance and dedication, we were able to overcome these challenges while staying true to our mission of producing high-quality, authentic sourdough bread. Today, our sourdough products are a testament to our commitment to excellence and our ability to adapt to any circumstance.”
