Before reacting, Hamas stated on Tuesday that it will consult with other Palestinian factions and within the organization about US President Donald Trump’s peace offer for Gaza. Although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has officially endorsed it, it is uncertain if Hamas will concur or when it will respond.

Based on this, I anticipate that Israel will act decisively. Hamas must immediately free all hostages and adhere to this deal, Macron wrote on X.
