The Kalimat Foundation (KF), in partnership with French-Tunisian artist eL Seed, unveiled an exclusive line of art-inspired items in the presence of Sheikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi, the Foundation’s founder and chairperson. The Foundation’s Pledge a Library program, which works to improve children’s access to books and preserve their right to read in Tunisia, will receive all proceeds from the collection.
Members of the Kalimat Foundation’s Board of Trustees, media representatives, art enthusiasts, and supporters of humanitarian causes attended the event, which was held at Bait Elowal in Sharjah.
According to Sheikha Bodour, the partnership demonstrates the Foundation’s dedication to using reading to empower kids. We declare that compassion continues to be a catalyst for good change each time we unite for children. Our goal is to ensure that every child has the chance to read, study, and dream by reaching those who are frequently left behind. This relationship with the renowned Tunisian artist eL Seed is an example of how creative collaborations can turn ideas into lasting impact. The core principles of our work identity, language, and belonging are embodied in his art, she said.
