When the World Future Energy Summit returns to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from January 14–16 as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025 (ADSW), three important topics will be discussed: the Middle East’s role as a new global fuels hub, the potential impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the transformation of the energy industry, and potential pathways to a sustainable and resilient future.
Abu Dhabi’s World Future Energy Summit, which is hosted by Masdar and is now widely acknowledged as the world’s premier business event centred on sustainability and future energy, will bring together industry innovators, policy and decision-makers, and trailblazing energy sector minds to showcase, discuss, and debate innovative solutions and trends that are forming a resilient and sustainable energy future.
The main takeaways and prevailing patterns from the 2024 event will be the focus of this cooperative meeting. The potential of the Middle East as a global centre for clean energy development, sector investment, and how advancements in AI can propel the energy industry forward will all be covered.
The summit will examine larger regional trends and bring together international players to help the UAE reach its objective of raising the share of clean energy in the nation’s total mix from its current level of 27.83 percent to 32 percent by 2030.
