With the help of an integration with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) has initiated its first completely automated, paperless personal loan journey. For qualified clients inside the FAHR-integrated employment network, the new journey converts FAB’s customarily manual personal loan application process into an end-to-end digital experience. The route eliminates the need for clients to manually gather, scan, print, or submit conventional wage certificates and salary transfer letters by enabling real-time salary certification and automated data entry via a secure digital link with FAHR’s central HR system.
The launch represents a significant milestone in FAB’s digital lending transformation, shifting the laborious processing of personal loan applications to a more automated, paperless, and user-friendly procedure. FAB is assisting with the reduction of administrative procedures, enhancement of data accuracy, and facilitation of expedited processing by immediately incorporating verified employment and pay information into the application process.
The system securely retrieves current employment and salary data to support FAB’s credit evaluation process, and eligible consumers can finish the application in a few easy steps. By minimizing the need for human HR interaction or physical documentation, the journey is intended to minimize friction for both employers and customers. The introduction is a reflection of FAB’s ongoing investment in digital banking capabilities that streamline client interactions and provide more effective, safe, and easily available financial services.
