In the first half of 2026, the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) Group advanced a more comprehensive, highly accessible, and globally connected investment platform for issuers and investors, further solidifying the fundamentals of Abu Dhabi’s capital markets.

The ADX’s performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the ongoing development of Abu Dhabi’s market ecosystem, bolstered by measures to increase investor involvement across asset classes and regions, new product offerings, improved market connectivity, and infrastructure upgrades.

The ADX started H1 2026 in a strong operational position during a time of increased geopolitical unpredictability in the area. This advancement was aided by significant improvements to the market infrastructure, such as the Core Platform Upgrade, the introduction of AD Clear and AD CSD as new subsidiaries, and the incorporation of hybrid cloud capabilities.

The ADX showed resilience in comparison to regional conditions, maintained orderly market operations, and remained stable under pressure. This performance is a reflection of the thoughtful infrastructure design of the ADX and the success of the strategies put in place to improve the market’s capacity to withstand volatility and bounce back quickly.

To enable both domestic and foreign investors to participate in our market more effectively and quickly, we continued to expand market access, strengthen infrastructure, and implement innovations and solutions in H1 2026. The outcomes demonstrate an agile platform built for long-term value creation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
