We recently had the opportunity to interview Bassel Babbili, an international B2B real estate leader. Co-founder of Keraspace, a real estate advisory firm, he is known for his strategic vision and market knowledge. With his mission to offer “real value” to investors in the real estate sector of the UAE, Bassel has been reshaping the modern real estate advisory market.
Journey to the UAE Market
We started the interview by asking, “Could you start by telling us about your professional journey and inspiration behind jumping into this industry?”
Bassel shared, “Starting my journey from Istanbul, I built my reputation in the real estate sector by taking one step at a time. Eventually, I entered the Dubai market in 2021, and shortly, I had the honour of representing Türkiye at the International Residency and Citizenship Conclave featured by Gulf News. I have worked closely with some of the reputed banks, law firms, and even global partners, empowering international investors to enter into the UAE’s real estate market.
Leveraging over a decade of cross-border real estate experience across three countries, I co-founded Keraspace in 2025, along with three partners, where we offer expert real estate consultancy services.”
