As part of its ongoing Ramadan tour throughout the emirate, Dubai Police’s Mobile Cannon (Al Rahal) will greet locals at the Al Meydan Hotel on Ramadan 9 and 10 before traveling to Hatta Dam on Ramadan 10 and 12.
In accordance with beloved customs and traditions, the project provides citizens, locals, and tourists with an opportunity to come together and celebrate the spirit of the Holy Month. It is important to note that during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Mobile Cannon will travel to 17 different locations. These include: Zabeel Park, Umm Suqeim Majlis, JBR, Bab Al Shams Hotel, Al Meydan Hotel, Global Village, Atlantis Hotel, Nad Al Sheba Majlis, Margham area, Burj Khalifa, Lehbab area, Al Khawaneej Majlis, Marsa Boulevard, Al Warqa area, Vida Creek Harbour, and finally Al Barsha Park.
As they bring back beloved Arab and Islamic traditions and customs across the UAE, Dubai Police pay special attention to Iftar cannon activities during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Throughout the month, six cannons will be positioned at strategic points throughout the emirate, including the Vida Creek Harbour Hotel, Expo City Dubai (Al Wasl Plaza), JBR, Burj Khalifa, and Damac Hills.
