OMNIYAT, Dubai’s foremost ultra-luxury developer, is pleased to announce a series of dramatic building milestones that mark the continuous growth of The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, since its global debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September 2024.
Innovo Build LLC, a subsidiary of the Innovo Group, has been formally engaged as the principal contractor for The Alba, Dorchester Collection’s first beachfront resort destination, bringing its well-known experience and craftsmanship to the development’s next phase. Innovo, a prominent contractor in the ultra-luxury real estate category, has also overseen the construction of three more OMNIYAT trademark buildings on Palm Jumeirah: AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ORLA, and ORLA Infinity Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
With Innovo on-site, the project has effectively transitioned from groundwork to vertical ascension. Raft foundation work is anticipated to begin in December 2025, when the structure will begin to rise from its foundations and into the skyline. The project’s foundations are still being built with extraordinary cooperation and precision.
The diaphragm wall and capping beam works are now complete, providing a strong structural foundation for the future towers. The installation of the support system coincides with the ongoing excavation, with each layer revealing the next chapter of progress, and piling activity proceeds purposefully across the site.
