LexisNexis-Sign-1-767x633

Today, LexisNexis, a world leader in legal intelligence and AI solutions, announced the Middle East launch of Lexis+ with Protégé, a fully localised, secure, and agentic legal AI platform based on reliable regional legal intelligence. The platform, which was created for legal professionals in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area, is intended to improve the speed, assurance, and control of legal research, analysis, and drafting. With the commercial release of Lexis+ with Protégé in MENA, beginning in the UAE, LexisNexis is broadening its regional offering sixteen years after providing its initial regional research solution to legal professionals throughout the Middle East.

“Our subject-matter experts were clear: an AI assistant is only as useful as the content behind its output,” stated Lara Salem, Head of material Strategy at LexisNexis Middle East. For MENA legal teams, this involves providing responses based on the pertinent legal hierarchy, vocabulary, and jurisdiction. To help lawyers with their research, analysis, and drafting, Lexis+ with Protégé combines that content with AI workflows.
