Under a ten-year contract, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has given Life Pharmacy the right to name the UAE Exchange Metro Station. Going forward, it will be called Life Pharmacy Metro Station.
As the licensed concessionaire designated by RTA under a concession agreement between Mada Media and RTA, Mada Media attended the signing of the deal between Life Pharmacy Group and Hypermedia.
Abdul Mohsen Ibrahim Kalbat, CEO of RTA’s Rail Agency, was thrilled with the deal and called it a great complement to the Dubai Metro Naming Rights program. The program has been a consistent success since its inception in 2009 as the world’s first project of its type.
He declared: “Considering the private sector’s critical role in promoting national economic growth and GDP, RTA is dedicated to establishing fruitful collaborations with it. This effective public-private partnership approach supports the government’s larger development objective, makes it easier to transfer information and experience, and generates employment opportunities in a variety of industries.
“This initiative reflects our goal of transforming advertising spaces into impactful platforms, enabling naming rights sponsors to enhance their visibility and commercial footprint,” said Mohamad Al Hammadi, CEO of Mada Media, who also expressed his pleasure at the first signing of this strategic partnership with Life Pharmacy through the naming rights agreement.
