His Majesty, the UAE’s Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was present on Thursday at the completion of the joint military exercise “Desert Flag 10.
The exercise, which was held in the United Arab Emirates and brought together elite air forces from friendly and ally states, highlighted strong international military cooperation and the sharing of experience in a realistic operational scenario.
During the drill, which was also attended by Mohamed bin Mubarak bin Fadhel Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Sheikh Hamdan saw a number of sophisticated and diverse training exercises.
In order to improve combat preparedness and fortify collaboration at all levels, the exercises encompassed a variety of sophisticated and diverse activities, most notably the coordination of international combined air operations.
Sheikh Hamdan commended the participating teams for their outstanding performance in each exercise stage. He emphasised their steadfast dedication to implementing military tactics and attaining complete integration and synchronisation.
Sheikh Hamdan was satisfied with the UAE Air Force’s tactical superiority and preparedness, pointing out that it can manage real-world situations. He gave the nation’s leadership, which prioritises funding specialist training, cutting-edge defence capabilities, and the creation of a competent, precision-ready army, credit for this success.
