ABU DHABI: Adnoc Drilling Company announced $3.7 billion in sales, $1.66 billion in EBITDA, and $1.07 billion in net profit for the first nine months of 2026 on Wednesday. A total dividend payout of $350 million (about 8.03 fils per share) for the third quarter was approved by the Board. This includes the $262.5 million standard quarterly dividend as well as the first $87.5 million tranche of a $175 million discretionary dividend that the company plans to pay out in two tranches, the second of which is contingent upon shareholder approval. It raises the total anticipated dividend for 2026 to $1.225 billion, a 22.5% increase over 2025, subject to shareholder approval of the second tranche.
The findings show the increasing contribution of higher-value service lines, such as regional operations, technology-enabled solutions, and Oilfield Services (OFS). These growth engines are expanding the company’s earnings base, generating new sources of income, and showcasing the capabilities that support Drill-to-Operate. “Our nine-month performance reflects the strength of Adnoc Drilling’s business model, the resilience of our highly contracted revenue base, and the successful execution of our growth strategy,” stated Abdulla Naji Ateya Al Messabi, CEO of Adnoc Drilling. While making investments in the skills, technology, and alliances that will enable the next stage of our expansion, we continue to produce steady financial results.
