Abu Dhabi is launching a new program centered on high-quality, reasonably priced housing in an attempt to boost the real estate market and the standard of living for its citizens. The Value Housing Program, which aims to raise living standards for both individuals and families, will be implemented in stages.
The initiative, started by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), also seeks to improve community ties and social inclusion, two important aspects of the Year of Community. It highlights the dedication to creating vibrant, inclusive communities by providing high-quality, reasonably priced housing. As part of this effort, DMT has Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Central Holding Group (CHG) and Sdeira Group (previously KEZAD Communities).
The relationship between DMT and CHG seeks to promote cooperation, exchange ideas, and increase the efficacy and impact of affordable housing throughout Abu Dhabi by utilizing their vast global experience.
Regarding the program, DMT Chairman Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa stated that the MoU agreements seek to establish thriving neighborhoods that will establish new standards for excellence and innovation. These collaborations demonstrate our commitment to provide housing options that uphold our values of sustainability and inclusion. In addition to raising living conditions and giving everyone access to housing that improves their well-being, they are an essential step in addressing the Emirate’s rising housing demand, according to Al Shorafa.
