The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has declared that the Al Khawaneej 1050 Villas Project’s residential units would begin to be turned over. The action is in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the ruler of Dubai. These directives are intended to improve the community spirit and give UAE citizens respectable living conditions in contemporary and sustainable residential developments.
The project is a component of the Establishment’s endeavours to provide sustainable, high-quality housing that satisfies the changing demands of Emirati families while incorporating contemporary interpretations of regional architecture.
According to Mohammad Hassan Al Shehhi, Acting Chief Executive Officer, MBRHE, the beginning of the handover process is a strategic milestone in achieving the Establishment’s goal of creating integrated residential communities that improve quality of life and strengthen family stability in the emirate of Dubai.
This accomplishment reflects the leadership’s goal to build dwelling settings deserving of Emirati residents. It is powered by cutting-edge urban planning techniques and a completely digital experience that improves comfort and efficiency. With the use of a clever digital system that does away with paper-based procedures, the Establishment has adopted a proactive strategy from planning to execution, allocation, and transfer, according to Al Shehhi.
