Sheikh Khaled Approves Housing Subsidies For 3,052 Residents Totalling Dhs4.62 Billion

His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has approved a housing benefits package worth Dhs4.62 billion, which will benefit 3,052 Emirati citizens throughout the emirate, in accordance with orders from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is the ruler of Abu Dhabi.

2,862 residents will benefit from home loans worth Dhs4.4 billion as part of the approved housing benefits package, while 190 individuals, limited-income pensioners, and beneficiaries of deceased citizens would get Dhs212 million in exemptions from housing loan repayments.

In keeping with UAE Year of Community goals to promote social cohesion and community solidarity, the second housing package of 2025 was disbursed ahead of Eid Al Adha, demonstrating the leadership’s continued commitment to comprehensive development and improving the stability and well-being of Emirati families so they can actively contribute to the advancement of the country. With this program, Abu Dhabi residents would get Dhs11.38 billion in housing subsidies overall in 2025.

“The new housing benefits package reflects the leadership’s commitment to empowering citizens through the provision of quality housing that promotes family stability and elevates quality of life,” stated Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s Board of Directors.
