The Royal The ruler of Sharjah and a member of the Supreme Council, Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has appointed people to important judicial positions in the Emirate of Sharjah through a series of administrative rulings.
Judge Dr. Muhammad Obaid Al Kaabi was appointed as the Sharjah Court’s chairman, according to the administrative decisions. Furthermore, Judge Dr. Omar Obaid Al Ghoul will be the Chairman of the Primary Courts, while Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla has been named Chairman of the Court of Cassation. Additionally, Judge Abdulrahman Sultan bin Taliah has been named Chairman of the Emirate’s Appellate Courts.
Judge Dr. Salama Rashid Salem Tamim Al Ketbi is also named as the Chairperson of the Sharjah Judicial Inspection Department by the rulings. The Emirate of Sharjah has chosen Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi as both the Attorney General and the Chairman of the Public Prosecution. Finally, Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Mualla will be the Sharjah Court’s secretary-general.
