The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) declared that it had achieved a 99 percent compliance rate with regard to the disclosure of its listed businesses’ audited financial statements for the first half of 2026. This is within the 45-day period from the end of the relevant financial period that is legally required for the disclosure of listed firms’ financial statements. In this sense, the findings show that out of 101 traded publicly traded corporations, 100 listed companies engaged in market trading.
Three of the 104 listed companies have been suspended for longer than six months. As of their individual financial year-ends, 100 of the 101 traded listed businesses have submitted their second-quarter financial results in compliance with relevant regulations.
Furthermore, a comparison of listed businesses’ financial data for H1 2025 and H1 2026 shows that listed companies’ total earnings increased by 38%. This time, ADX said that the Exchange’s partnership with its listed companies has consistently been fruitful.
