The Dubai Police confirmed that the Smart Police Stations (SPS) in the Emirate of Dubai offer 32 services under the “Criminal Reports and Complaints Services” package, the “Traffic Services and Accidents” package, the “Certificates and Permits” package, and the “Community Participation and Support Services” package, all without the need for human intervention.
Dubai Police confirmed that these centres provide their services to the public in all languages, and whether they are “SPS,” “Drive-Thru,” “Walk-In,” or “Suburban Police Points,” they offer services 24 hours a day.
Additionally, they clarified that the Smart Police Stations enable the registration of a criminal report via a direct video call with multilingual investigative officers, eliminating the need for in-person meetings.
In addition to offering inquiry services, the “Police Eye” service, and several community services, the officers review all the specifics with the clients before sending them the statement report on the complaint for signature.
Opening a criminal complaint, reporting a bounced check, cybercrimes, criminal status certificates, loss certificates, certificates of clearance from traffic violations, traffic status certificates, dead body entry permits, sailing permits, road closure permits, Dubai Police Museum visit permits, asking about and paying traffic fines, and reporting obstructing vehicles are just a few of the services offered by the Smart Police Stations, in addition to diplomatic and other services.
