The Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) has teamed up with Core42, a G42 firm that provides full-spectrum AI enablement solutions, to create the world’s first specialized financial cloud ecosystem. The sovereign financial cloud service infrastructure (SFCSI) is part of CBUAE’s Financial Infrastructure Transformation program. Its goal is to make the UAE a global leader in secure and innovative financial services.
The SFCSI is backed by a centralized, highly secure, dedicated, and isolated infrastructure that protects data sovereignty, increases operational flexibility, and protects against cyber threats. It also makes sure that important financial services are always available for the entire UAE financial sector.
The SFCSI will make the financial sector more efficient by using advanced AI and analytics.Smart automation and real-time data analysis will help financial institutions better understand their customers and make more informed decisions, thereby improving the overall customer experience. The platform will also offer a complete setting for managing several cloud services within a single framework. This will allow LFIs to easily and efficiently manage all of their services.
