His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Dubai Airshow 2025 exhibition area at Dubai World Central (DWC) on Thursday. During the visit, he reviewed the latest advancements in aviation, aerospace, air mobility, and defence technologies.
Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group; and Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee.
Commenting on the growth of the Dubai Airshow, Sheikh Mohammed said the event has evolved into a leading global platform that brings together industry experts and innovators to shape the future of aviation and aerospace. He highlighted the UAE’s pivotal role in fostering the sector’s development, noting that the country continues to refine its economic and regulatory frameworks to support manufacturers and investors while driving innovation and sustainability.
