The reconstruction and operation of the damaged and destroyed water networks in northern Gaza has begun with Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3”.
This initiative comes after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Gaza Municipality as part of the UAE’s efforts to provide immediate humanitarian solutions and funding to restore the functionality of water wells and reservoirs in the northern region.
With Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3,” the UAE hopes to repair numerous areas’ water lines, networks, and wells and give the people of northern Gaza immediate humanitarian aid.
The project’s objectives are to supply water to densely populated areas, lessen pollution, and create a safe atmosphere. In order to provide residents with easier access to water and lessen their daily struggle to obtain it, the UAE is funding a project to repair water lines and maintain portions of the water supply networks throughout the majority of northern Gaza.
Keeping with Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3,” the UAE keeps aiding Gazan municipalities. Before, the UAE carried out a project in Khan Younis to fix water tanks and wells, relieving the municipality of some of the strain it was under after its water networks were destroyed, putting it in a precarious situation.
