The President, His Excellency Former US President Bill Clinton and former President Jimmy Carter’s grandson Jason Carter have spoken on the phone with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed greeted Bill Clinton warmly over the phone during his official visit to the United States, emphasising the significant contribution he made to fortifying bilateral ties while in government.
The former president and his family were wished continued health and happiness by Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed. In addition to expressing his appreciation for the conversation, former President Clinton wished the President of the United Arab Emirates continued health and well-being.
Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed asked Jason Carter how he was doing and expressed his best wishes for the former president’s continued well-being. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed commended Jimmy Carter for his international humanitarian endeavours, especially his partnership with the United Arab Emirates and the President in combating neglected tropical illnesses via the Carter Center’s operations. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed also mentioned the former president’s efforts to advance global and Middle Eastern peace and stability.
