On Thursday afternoon, a 17-year-old student passed away after falling from the building where he resided. According to an Indian social worker in Abu Dhabi who assisted the family, Alex Binoy, a student at Abu Dhabi Indian School, fell from his third-floor flat.

But he also mentioned that it wasn’t until the building’s watchman notified the boy’s parents that they realised their kid had fallen. Alex, the youngest of three children, was waiting on the results of his CBSE board test in Grade 12. Binoy Thomas and Elsy Binoy, his parents, have resided in the United Arab Emirates for a considerable period. Elsy is employed as a nurse at a hospital in Abu Dhabi.

The boy was taken to the hospital and died from his wounds, but it is unclear how he fell from his building’, he added. “I assisted the family with the paperwork after being informed about the incident by approximately 7 p.m.

He went on to say that the youngster would be buried on Saturday night after his body is taken to his homeland of Kerala. Rohit Binoy, who works in Poland, and Dr. Rahul Binoy, who resides in India, are the boy’s two older brothers. On Friday, St. Joseph’s Cathedral in Abu Dhabi hosted a memorial liturgy in memory of Alex, which drew over 300 family members and friends.
