
The 8th International Conference on Education Quality (ICEQ), with the topic “AI Innovations: Future Foresight for Empowering Public Institutions and Enhancing Educational Quality,” began in Dubai on Tuesday. As part of Artificial Intelligence Week, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai is hosting the seminar.
The conference, scheduled for April 22–24, 2025, is regarded as one of the premier global forums for showcasing institutional innovation and digital transformation in public services and education.
The Grand Hyatt Dubai hosted the first day of the conference, while the Directorate’s Al Jafiliya offices were the venue for the second and third days. The three-day event showcases innovative institutional practices and state-of-the-art technology solutions, providing a worldwide scientific platform from Dubai to the rest of the globe. With the participation of 31 government agencies, 55 domestic and international universities, 32 institutional partners, and over 200 speakers from various industries including representatives from multinational tech giants such as Microsoft and Google more than 200 research papers have been approved for presentation.
Lt. General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, led the high-level official attendance at the conference, which drew more than 500 participants from various government, academic, and private sector entities.
