Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, congratulated the first group of scholars chosen for the inaugural year of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Program.
In line with the objectives of the Dubai Social Agenda 33, Sheikh Hamdan emphasised that the program reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to invest in people to achieve real and sustainable development. During an orientation session held on Thursday at the Mandarin Oriental, Sheikh Hamdan commended the Emirati students chosen under the scholarship program for the 2024–25 academic year.
“Today is the start of a new journey for a group of exceptional students who, under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, will use the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme to pursue their higher education at prestigious universities. Motivated by the aspiration and commitment of our pupils, Dubai persists in moulding its destiny through the cultivation and allocation of outstanding abilities, according to Sheikh Hamdan.
