The Skill Craft Summit 2025, held at Amity University from January 11–12, brought together more than 40 global visionaries, thought leaders, and changemakers for two days of Voyage unparalleled discussions, seminars, and innovation-driven activities. What truly makes this event unique is that it was organised by 16-year-old Arhaan Ashish Jain, CEO of Courtesy Entertainment, and a group of dedicated volunteers. Arhaan showed remarkable vision, leadership, and maturity by successfully managing and leading such a large-scale event at a time when most people are only starting to realise their full potential. He developed a platform in partnership with Harvard alumni to meet the vital leadership and skill-building demands of a world that is changing quickly.

From sustainability and entrepreneurship to AI-driven changes and future leadership abilities, the Skill Craft Summit 2025 offered professionals, students, and innovators a carefully planned event. The event’s goal was to give participants practical advice on how to prosper in a world that is characterised by opportunity and change.  Renowned speakers from around the world inspired the audience with their individual areas of expertise:

A captivating keynote talk on “Leadership in a Rapidly Changing World” was given by Deepak Bagla, the former managing director and CEO of Invest India, who highlighted focus-driven innovation. The founder of Andreanow, Andrea Prazakova, discussed “Balancing Innovation and Tradition in Business,” providing insight into how businesses can prosper in challenging settings.

During a discussion on “Legacy and Innovation,” Ashish Vijay, the International Coloured Gemstone Association’s director and founder of AV Group, highlighted the need for businesses to balance history and change.
