According to Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, there were 1,517 real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman in July, with a total value of Dhs1.65 billion. The trading volume was Dhs1.08 billion across 1,296 transactions. Al Jurf Industrial 1 registered the largest single mortgage transaction at Dhs20.9 million, he continued, adding that 138 mortgage transactions totaling Dhs341 million were recorded.

According to Al Shamsi, the numbers show the rising trend of Ajman’s real estate market, which is seeing remarkable activity in a number of property developments and sustaining its positive momentum due to a variety of investment opportunities and rising direct demand for properties of all kinds throughout the emirate.

According to him, the most traded significant projects were Ajman Uptown, Ajman One, and Emirates City. Al Jurf Industrial 1 had the biggest single sale transaction at Dhs22.5 million, while Al Helio 2 was the most transacted neighborhood, followed by Al Helio 1 and Manama 14.
