Following weeks of rumours, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s representatives have declared that the couple has broken up. The couple’s separation after nine years together has been the subject of widespread speculations, which were verified by an official statement released on Friday. “Over the past several months, Orlando and Katy have been changing their relationship to concentrate on co-parenting,” the statement stated. Since raising their kid with love, stability, and respect for one another is and always will be their first priority, they will continue to be viewed as a family.
After meeting at a Golden Globes after-party in 2016, the couple started dating, and in 2020 they welcomed a child together named Daisy Dove. Additionally, Bloom and his ex-wife Miranda Kerr have a 13-year-old son named Flynn.
After they restarted their relationship, Bloom proposed in 2019. They had previously parted for around a year in 2017 and declared they were taking “respectful but loving space.” Although neither Bloom, 48, nor Perry, 40, have spoken out about the split outright, they have made insinuations that they are no longer a relationship.
